Stylist & Client Rentals
TERMS OF STYLIST PULL OR CLIENT RENTAL
The Stylist/Client acknowledges that all samples/pieces provided by Designer, By Nicole Alexandra, are intended for editorial shoots or special events. The Stylist/Client assumes full responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the borrowed pieces. In the event of any damage, loss, theft, or failure to return the items by the agreed-upon deadline, the Stylist/Client agrees to pay the full retail value of the items, minimum 100% of rental price.
All pieces must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. A late fee of $25 per day will be charged for each day the items are not returned after the specified return date.
If the borrowed pieces are not returned within 30 days of the agreed-upon return date, legal action will be pursued, and the full retail value of the items (minimum 100% of rental price) will be charged to the credit card on file.
The Stylist/Client is required to credit By Nicole Alexandra (@bynicolealexandra) in all published works featuring the borrowed pieces, including but not limited to social media posts, with tag and appropriate mention in the caption.
The Stylist/Client may have the option to purchase select pieces at their retail price if desired.
As a security measure, By Nicole Alexandra will require a credit card number to keep on file in case of incidentals. Any lost or damaged items will be invoiced at their full retail price and charged to the provided credit card.
